August #1 and August #2 Mining claims on BLM land with each around 20 acres in size for 40 plus acres of Placer Mining, along with a 200 foot shaft where hardrock was extracted years ago. Very little overburden so go right to work mining for nuggets which this land was famous for. Much of the land the owner believes has never been mined, but definitely not mined with any modern day equipment so there could be some great gold to be found. Water is available thru a waterline piped from a distant creek, with old grandfathered Certificate of water rights.There is also a small cabin on the property that may have some use, but its pretty rough.
